RETURN POLICY We accept returns on any defective or faulty products within 30 days of the purchase date. However, exchanges may not always be possible, due to the limited nature of certain products in our catalog.
Other exchanges on unopened merchandise will usually not be accepted, barring extraordinary circumstances, and only within 14 days of the original purchase date.
All items are carefully inspected, handled with care, packed carefully, and shipped with quality mail delivery services. If there is a request for an exchange, please email your request to:info at ninetyandninerecords dot com
If a refund or exchange is necessary, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number that must be included with your return.
Regarding lost packages on overseas orders, outside of the United States, we ask that you wait 30 days after the item was shipped before requesting a refund or replacement.SHIPPING We deliver to every United States address, including Postal Boxes and military addresses.
All domestic orders will be shipped with either USPS First Class, Priority or Express Mail.
First-Class Mail usually takes 4-7 days to arrive within the United States. Nevertheless, it might also take as long as 14 days, depending on the time of year and unforseen events.
Priority Mail usually takes 3 days to arrive within the United States. However, it might also take longer, depending on the time of year and unforseen events.INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING All international orders, outside the United States, are shipped with either Global Airmail Letter-Post or Global Airmail Parcel-Post. Global Priority Mail is also a possibility, but adds additional cost to the shipping total.
Global Airmail Letter-Post and Parcel Post usually take an average of 7-10 business days. This does not include the time taken in your own country by customs to inspect and clear the package.
